Jake Lee

An alumnus of the University of Queensland and the College of Law, Jake brings a sharp, detail-oriented approach to Tracer Law's commercial and property divisions.

His commercial portfolio is particularly robust, spanning business acquisitions and disposals as well as comprehensive leasing matters, where he has successfully represented a diverse clientele from high-net-worth landlords to commercial tenants.

Within his property practice, Jake manages the end-to-end life cycle of residential and commercial transactions, including acting for developers on off-the-plan projects where he drafts comprehensive disclosure statements and special conditions designed to protect the developer's interests. His expertise further extends to high-stakes contract negotiations and the amendment of executed contracts to remedy issues or incorporate new requirements.
