Varun is the Director of Tracer Law and plays a pivotal role in driving the firm's development, growth and innovation, with quality service and client satisfaction at the core of his vision.
Varun completed an Honours degree in Bachelor of Laws from Newcastle University, United Kingdom and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Bond University.
Originally from India, Varun is fluent in Hindi and brings strong business acumen shaped by his family's background in property investment and project development. His expertise spans a range of legal matters, with a particular focus on commercial and real estate transactions. He advises clients on acquisitions and disposals across commercial, residential, retail and agricultural properties, and his practice also covers commercial contracts, leasing and due diligence investigations.
