Varun is the Founding Director of Tracer Law and plays a pivotal role in driving the firm’s development, growth and innovation, with a strong commitment to quality service and client satisfaction is at the core of his vision.
Varun completed an Honours degree in Bachelor of Laws from Newcastle University, United Kingdom as well as a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Bond University.
Originally from India, Varun is fluent in Hindi and has a strong business acumen, influenced by his family’s background in property investment and project development. His expertise spans a range of legal matters, with a particular focus on commercial and real estate transactions. He advises clients on acquisitions and disposals across various sectors, including commercial, residential, retail, and agricultural properties. His practice also covers commercial contracts, leasing, and due diligence investigations.
