- Advising an international retailer on its store roll-out in Queensland, including site acquisitions, site amalgamation and agreements for lease

Gerard is Special Counsel at Tracer Law, bringing over 35 years of experience in commercial and property law. He has assisted clients in closing over 1,000 transactions across a diverse range of sectors, including finance, childcare, retail, IT, dental, medical, hotel, food, transport, agribusiness, pharmacy, recruitment, engineering, technology and hospitality.
Gerard has significant expertise advising international, national and local clients on complex capital transactions, developments and subdivisions, leasing and other property-related matters across multiple Australian jurisdictions. He has led acquisitions and disposals of various property assets, co-ordinated property due diligence, and acted in complex leasing matters.
He also has extensive experience advising on business sales and acquisitions, share sales and acquisitions, and preparing and negotiating supply, manufacturing, distribution, franchise, alliance, service and licence agreements.
